Edward Levine, is Of Counsel to the Firm. Ed received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1974, after spending his last year of studies in 1973 through 1974 at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.. Ed received his Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law (magna cum laude) in 1978. Ed is a member of Los Angeles County and Beverly Hills Bar Associations, and is admitted to the State Bar of California.

Ed’s practice emphasizes sophisticated estate planning relating to trusts, estates, conservatorships, guardianships, non-profit tax-exempt organizations and estate and gift taxation. Ed is experienced in creating and implementing a wide variety of estate planning structures, including: generation-skipping transfer trusts; grantor retained annuity trusts; qualified personal residence trusts; family limited partnerships; life insurance trusts; private foundations; charitable lead trusts; charitable remainder trusts; qualified domestic trusts for non-citizen spouses; and, special needs trusts.

Ed and his wife, Pam, live in Hancock Park with their five year old daughter whom they adopted from China four years ago. Their older daughter is an undergraduate at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
