Jeffrey Rabin is a partner of the Firm.  Mr. Rabin received his B.A. in Economics from UCLA in 1978, and his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) in 1981. Mr. Rabin practices primarily in representing parties to commercial real property and general business transactions, including major retail, office, and industrial building leases, purchase and sale agreements, easements, partnership agreements, and loan documents.

By having served as borrower’s counsel, bond counsel and disclosure counsel in numerous tax-exempt multi-family housing bond transactions, Mr. Rabin has developed special expertise in the field of multi-family housing, including, in particular, low income housing tax credit transactions.  In addition, he has extensive experience representing cities, redevelopment agencies, and other public entities in a wide variety of real estate and business transactions, and has drafted and negotiated many disposition and development agreements, owner participation agreements, and other tax increment financing agreements for a wide variety of real estate developments.
